The question has came up time after time during the seminars that we put on or at a sports show that we may attend.
"Do food plots really work?"
Well if this photo doesn't tell the story I don't know what will.
This bad boy was standing in the middle of the 2 acre plot at 3pm as I was walking to the stand that is behind me. He didn't flinch when he seen me on the hill approaching. He was more interested in eating than running. This field has a lot of forage still in it and I can't wait unitl late Muzzleloader Season it's going to be awesome.Good luck with the rest of the season and start planning your 2010 food plots today.

Rack Stacker Food Plots has its own unique balance of seeds. We have designed these seeds for specific situations in the field. I have planted plenty of food plots in the past and have been disappointed everytime. I can only imagine how many other Canadian hunters have been unsuccessful in their plantings. These are seeds that will grow in Canada with the right preperation. Containing Canadian Certified seeds you won't go wrong with planting our plots in Canada.
Ever wonder why Canada is not on the packaging of U.S produced food plot mixes?
It's because our soils are different and need specific seeds to be productive.

Sweet Success
- designed for fall harvest. Do you have a spot at the camp you know that you can plant and are looking for the all around mix that will perform? This is it, mixed with Canadian camp hunters in mind. Turn that little pocket in the middle of nowhere into heaven. Turn the soil, spread seed, pack and wait for fall. It is that easy. This mix is made with hardy Canadian grown seeds that will produce. With perennial seeds in this mix you will have continuous success from our plots year after year. This mix is also great for Wild turkeys. Containing millets this mix will feed turkeys through tough winters standing tall above the snow providing seeds. This mix contains Canadian Gov’t Inspected Certified Seeds. It also has 10 different seeds for diversity throughout the year. 5 lbs plants 1/2 acre plot. 36% Perennial and 64% Annual. Planting times- April through end of May and August 1st through Mid Sept
Superb-uck
the perfect mix of annuals and perennials for the Canadian weather. Designed to grow fast and build a strong establishment. Containing Clovers, Birds foot Trefoil, Chicory and winter Turnips (a favorite of Canadian Whitetails) After watching this mix attract and hold deer on your property from Spring through Summer you can only expect better come winter frost. This mix was designed to have a buffet of food from April until Jan. All plants in our mix mature at different times and will hold those deer on your property until the time is right. Our mixes also contain Canadian Gov’t Inspected Certified Seeds.
67% Perennial and 33% Annual.Planting times April through end of May and August 1st through Mid Sept
Available in a 5 lb resealable pail for a half acre or in a 20 resealable for up to a 2 acre planting.

We DO NOT recommend mowing the first year of planting our plots. The tall growing annuals give cover to those much sought after Perennials. Perennials take longer time to mature and often are starved of moisture. Let the plots grow after planting for the first year. The following Spring you can expect a clover plot growing up in replacement of the first year and then you may mow to keep out the unwanted weeds or overseed to add to the growth.
Rack Stacker is the only Canada Food Plot manufacturer you can trust.
Turnips! (a great winter carry over food) that you won't believe.
We use Rival Turnips that are taller growing and easier for the deer to access as well as a Kale Hybrid that grows up to 3' tall. Talk about Tonnage of food.
You won't find another Clover forage that will grow half the size of your palm!
Pics where taken Aug-09. Tonnage, Tonnage, Tonnage. 6-8 tons of forage per acre if planted properly. Do your soil tests, its not a corner that can be cut if you looking for maximum results.
You will be blown away at how much tonnage of food is produced with our mixes.
Certified seeds to grow in Canadian soils.
This photo is off the tailgate of my truck. That's right, 16" of solid whitetail forage from one plant. The Chicory plant (to the right) measures over 10" in length.
Everytime you drop your tail gate this fall I want you to know how much forage is produced with Rack Stacker Brand Food Plots.

Walk n' Toss no-plow
With a little pre-planning my wife and I raked this trail in March (that's right) and hand scattered the seed. In two months it was a gorgious bed of feed for Whitetails and Turkey. Frost seeding can be a great plan for your seed planting. It gets rid of the itch of wanting to get at 'er and get you that one step ahead of planting season.
Field Edge
Field Edge is a 100% annual seed planting.
This is great for scattering into corn fields and soybean fields before they get harvested in the fall. The deer are already there feeding but when they are harvested their isn't much left so give them more.
This is a fall planting that will die and will not disrupt other planting in the spring.
UPLAND/TURKEY BLEND
It's not spring time you want to attact turkey, its the winter that you want to help your birds survive.
Our Upland/Turkey blend provide different levels of growing forarge to feed your birds and keep them in an area of choice.
This blend also works great at creating a wall to block a road from poachers and is great fawning cover during the summer months.
AMPLIFIED
